its a really nice picture, i found myself staring at it for a longer while. I really like this design, I don't know if its existing one or if you designed it yourself. if the second - wow, great job!
You mentioned in the comment that critiques and feedbacks are appreciated. If i may, if there is anything I could point out, I think that her right hand would be placed in a different way while holding a staff like this. Its not even about having it upside down than usual, I just thought that the thumb of the hand would be on the opposite side than the rest of the fingers, you know, natural grabbing position xD
Anyway, great job, please keep it up :)
